If paying via paypal, goods will be shipped within 2 working days on receipt of funds.

If paying by personal cheque, goods will be shipped within 2 working days of the cheque clearing.

Shipping

Recorded signed for 1st class post
For shipping within the UK expect your items to arrive the next working day following despatch. Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service includes proof of posting, signature on delivery and online confirmation of delivery.

Airmail
For shipping within the rest of Europe expect your items to arrive within 3 working days following despatch.

For shipping throughout the rest of the world (including the US and Australia) expect your item to arrive in 5 working days following despatch.

International buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Royal Mail offer compensation in the unlikely event of loss or damage on airmail and Recorder Signer For items. In the event of a package getting lost, I will refund the buyer and take it up with Royal Mail.

Packaging
All breakable items, such as the High Tea Candles, are packaged carefully in boxes with plenty of padding and marked as FRAGILE. Please contact me immediately via the Etsy Convo if you encounter any breakages in transit upon receipt.

Gifts
If you are buying an item for a gift please let me know the separate shipping address and give details of a personal message if you would like one included with the delivery.
